Why did you leave a note on my home to call you?

Hi there! I stopped by your home to talk with you, as there is a public notice of default recorded for this property and my primary goal is to ensure that we can STOP the FORECLOSURE from happening. Since I respect your privacy, I did not write a long detailed note describing my visit, and instead hoped that you would call me or at least visit this web page for information.

You may have already solved your default, and if that is the case, then I am very glad for you!

If you have not solved it, I have plenty of free, general information for you and want you to know that I will make myself available to meet with you to discuss your situation personally and confidentially. Remember, the information I am providing for you or that you may find on your own or from others is only as good as it applies to your situation, as long as it includes an open, honest assessment. In talking with homeowners like you, I listen, ask questions, provide education about the foreclosure process and will always treat them and you with dignity and respect. I do not charge anyone for my time nor expertise nor am I trying to sell you anything. I am committed to telling you the truth and in times of stress, many times that is in short supply from those around us.

So why would I do this? If I can help stop a foreclosure, it benefits everyone involved, starting with the homeowner and their family, the neighborhood as well as the banks themselves. By making good faith efforts to help educate homeowners, ensure that they understand their options, the goodwill I have generated may, in the future, come back around to me in the way of referrals. Sometimes the only solution to prevent foreclosure is for a home sale to happen and that is where I can sometimes be of help.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and feel free to contact me anytime! I will certainly return your call or email as soon as possible to try my best to solve your real estate challenges!
